In 2015, she departed from the [https://www.keeperexchange.org/ Zoo] life to run a Children's Farm in [https://castbox.fm/episode/Ep.-40--Collaborating-for-Better-Human-and-Animal-Wellbeing-with-Alice-Vassalo-id2679202-id584871351?country=us North London] but after a few years, decide to go back to exotic animals, moving to Costa Rica for  [http://www.annunciogratis.net/author/helenawalli zookeeper] 7 months to study Toucans and assist in Sloth research.<br><br>When she returned to England, she returned to Zookeeping, and became a Carnivore Keeper at Shepreth Wildlife Park, where she stayed for nearly 5 years.<br><br>During this time, she founded the Keeper Educational Exchange [https://www.alicevassallo.co.uk/keep Programme] (or KEEP), a non-profit organisation that allows Zookeepers from across the UK and beyond to learn from each other through visiting other collections.
